Shipping Policy
Standard shipping takes 5-10 business days within the U.S., with tracking provided. International orders may face customs delays and duties, borne by the customer. Delays due to carrier issues are not the company's liability. For Pre-Ordered products allocate for an additional 15 business days before delivery

Returns and Refunds
Returns accepted within 30 days for unused items in original packaging; custom plush toys are non-returnable. Refunds issued to original payment method minus shipping fees. Defective items warrant replacement or credit.
